The Princmill Enterprise Trust - Tramaco Jones - Lindell Ritzie - Kelvin Bailey Anatomy of a Scam. The Lie Unravels. Thank God for the Attorney General's office

I sit here waiting for my ninth deadline on February 4th as more and more information comes back to me from the various law enforcement agencies I have contacted, and my worst fears that I began to suspect back in November are confirmed. Criminal Investigator Richie McCluskey of the State of Mississippi Office of the Attorney General researched the alleged purchase of the Shoppes at Midway Plantation in Knightdale, NC. It never occurred. After his preliminary investigation, he unearthed the direct contact information for the land design firm that designed Midway Plantation, John R. McAdams company, contacted me and suggested that I contact everyone involved while they continue their investigation, which now includes the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, since I was told The Princmill Enterprise Trust originates there; The Office of the Attorney General of Florida; The Office of the Attorney General of California and The Office of the Attorney General of North Carolina. Multi-state scams are a bitch.

I spoke to the following people this morning: the Vice-President, CFO and the President of Wakefield Associates located in Charlotte, NC, the co-owners of the Shoppes at Midway Plantation; the Executive Vice-President of KIMCO, based in Chicago, IL, the co-owner of the Shoppes at Midway Plantation; and a host of other honest employees. When I asked each individual if they had ever heard of The Princmill Enterprise Trust, Lindell Ritzie, Tramaco Jones or Kelvin Bailey, they all replied no. None of the people I spoke to had ever been approached by this group to even look at Midway Plantation, much less purchase it. Wakefield Associates and KIMCO are and have always been the owners of the mall. All of them offered to serve as witnesses in the criminal and civil trials that are sure to follow in the coming weeks. I'm requesting notarized statements from each of them.

My heart sank. So the contracts I received from them were just bogus pieces of paper stating that my investment towards the purchase of the Shoppes at Midway Plantation were part of ONE BIG SCAM. The Princmill Enterpirse Trust and principals claimed they had signed the paperwork to purchase this mall on December 19th. Hmmm... So what did I loan my funds towards? For people to travel and rent apartments and motel rooms and eat and relax on? I'm not in the business of loaning out money for free. Mall or not, I expect my principal and interest. NOW!

But it gets better. Since I'm on a roll, I pulled out the Mortgage Loan Commitment Letter the Princmill Enterprise Trust gave me when they solicited my funds. Originally, they stated they needed $46,000 right away to pay to the Kingdom Investment Group located in Linwood, NC by August 23rd. The contract is signed by an individual named C.L. Ellison on behalf of Kingdom Investment Group. The letter states that the Kingdom Investment Group has approved Princmill Enterprise Trust for a loan for $44 million to purchase the Knightdale Shoppes @ Midway Plantation in Knightdale, NC. It also states that if Kingdom Investment Group fails to secure the funding, the fee would be forfeited back to Princmill Enterprise Trust. So since there was no mall purchase, where is my money?

I called the number on my Mortgage Loan Commitment Letter on Sunday. When the person answered the phone, they answered "Hello?" not Kingdom Investment Group. I asked who I was speaking to and he answered, "Who are you looking for?" Not a good sign. When I explained my situation, he changed his tune and asked me to call back on Monday and ask for the boss, Junior Reed. Junior Reed called me back today. After I explained to him the situation, he stated he needed to call me back. He called me back after he met with his staff and stated firmly and unequivocally that:

1) He knew of Tramaco Jones.
2) He was not aware of a mall purchase for the Shoppes at Midway Plantation.
3) He was not aware that his employee had signed a contract with the Princmill Enterprise Trust to obtain financing.
4) His company had not received $46,000 from the Princmill Enterprise Trust to obtain financing.
5) He was not aware that CL was "working with a bank" with TJ on the dates of January 7th and January 30th in an attempt to convince the bank to release promised funds.
6) He refutes all knowledge of any business dealings for himself or his employee, C.L. Ellison with The Princmill Enterprise Trust.

Hmmm... This just gets curiouser and curioser...

I'm waiting to hear back from Junior Reed after his conversation with C.L. Ellison.

There is so much more, but I'll save it for Wednesday, February 4th if my promised funds don't come back to me. As I write this, I have so many regrets. I really and truly wish I had performed better due diligence, but I did not know what questions to ask at the time and I've never been manipulated and conned at this level before. Someone I had considerd a friend approached me about this "investment" and I let emotion, religion and ignorance cloud my judgment, and it has been extremely costly.
