Hello Everyone. I promised to be patient and wait for the next deadline (today) before I posted another update. Today is Friday, January 30th,1:15 EST, a full three months past the payout date of one of my contracts and a full three and half weeks past the payout dates of my additional two contracts. And as of this hour, there is still no money in my account. I woke up without the excitement of the last seven dates.
Today, my head hurts, I can't keep food down, and I'm extremely anxious. My Mom is sad and anxious and my Dad gravitates back and forth between righteous anger and disgust and extreme sadness. All of my friends and business acquaintances have called with support, prayers and concern, all of them aware of the devastating loss I have suffered because I handed my money over to these people. This has been very difficult and painful for me, especially since I have received nothing but disrespect, ridicule and ostracism throughout the last eight weeks of this process.
January 13th was the last phone contact I received from Kelvin Bailiey and Lindell Ritzie. It was a nonsensical, tense call full of vague, empty phrases. It went something like this: "The bank has agreed to release the funds around the 30th." "Could it be after the 30th?" "No. No later than the 30th." That's it. I gave almost $100,000 of my LIFE SAVINGS and that was the extent of the conversation, rude, arrogant, and dismissive. Talk about getting the s*t end of the stick! Oh, I was also told not to post any more posts, to "work with them" because if I do anything else the bank won't release the funds.
When I explained this to the FBI during our face to face meeting, they laughed. They said, "Ms. Anderson, we don't mean to be disrespectful, but if there really is a bank and if there really is a multi-million dollar real estate deal, you are just not that important for a bank to stop funding. Furthermore, common sense dictates that they would notify you to calm you down. Has anyone contacted you?" Nope.
So. Neither I nor any of the investors have received a single dime, no information and no answers. The natural questions all of us ask "Why is it taking so long? Why can't they give you any details? Why don't they call you? Aren't you the investor?" are met with scorn or vague blankness when I ask them. If by 5pm EST there are no funds in my account, then I will not be able to fool myself any longer. I will come back to this site and post my conversations with the FBI, the Attorney Generals' offices of North Carolina and Mississippi, and the Securities and Exchange Commissions and the status of their investigations.
If there is a bank, then surely the bank officials have enough professionalism and sense to demand that Tramaco Jones, Lindell Ritzie and Kelvin Bailey give them my phone number so that they can ask me personally why I don't believe this is real and keep posting on this site? Wouldn't they want to speak to me so that I can calm down and understand why this date keeps changing? Anyone would think that this is a rip-off and a scam at this point, and everyone does. And I mean everyone. This is what a common sense person would think.
As of this time, I have called Kelvin, his response was that Lindell said he is waiting to hear from TJ (Tramaco Jones). I called TJ directly. He answered the phone and said, "I'm in the bank. I'll call you back, " and then hung up the phone.
My Mom just called and her first reaction was, "What?! They bought themselves an additional two weeks from January 13th to get this together. The money should be there by now. What is the excuse now?" Check back here at 2pm EST. We'll see. Stay tuned. I'll be back at this site with a good report or more of the same. My friends are taking bets on what the next excuse will be.in order of what excuse will get the most votes is: 1) There is no money because you posted another internet post 2) The funds will be here any day 3) The bank needs more time 4) We're waiting to hear back from the bank 5) The economic downturn 6) The bank did not receive any bailout funds 7) The funds will be released in two more weeks.
My father just called.in his quiet, honest, way he said. "Baby, I hope these folks just tell you the truth for a change. They took your life savings. You deserve to be treated better than this. And I'm praying for you."
