I used to be with Gibson trust, then out of "heaven" 1st national credit apeared on the now Bankrupt Gibson trust website offering to help out and take over our payments to our creditors.
That was in December now 3 months later after 3 cash payment to them to pay My creditor RMA, not a single payment was paid over.
After hundreds of phone calls to George, anna, etc etc.
THey still cant tell me details on my payments to RMA, they just say they have paid RMA. Now they just ignore me, not retuning e-mails faxes or phonecalls.
RMA keeps on screaming for their payments!
I cant believe in a modern country like this, a person can get scammed twice, for the same predicament by different companies and also get away with this.
Surely they must think if you make use of a debt consilidation company, your a loser, dumb and they can get away with it.
I give up, I dont know what to do now.
Can i report this to the police to get investigated as fraud?
So the message is clear stay away from them!!
