Fairbanks capital rewrote - or loan-would not accept morgage payment. Call for customer service no reply at all. Tryed to forclose on our home without any writen notice or a phone call.
When finally they call to let us know that our home is going up for auction and we have to hours to come up with 6500.00 or our home is gone. I really dont understand that this morgage company is a big ripoff and makes money on forcloseures so us hardworking people lose their home and then they resale for profit to benefit them only.
My advice is to refinaince with honest morgage companies who care about people. Please be aware of this problem
