We are constantly behind thanks to all the 9.85 charges for the letters they bring to our door even after the check we sent them has cleared our bank, 90 some dollars for someone to take pictures of the house on christmas day no the less, once they even refused to take my payment over the phone because it was getting close to closing time for them (45 minutes) they told us they do not do escrow accounts but other people we know who unfortunately are stuck with them have their insurance and taxes escrowed, we set up a specific date to have them take funds directly out of our checking account one time and they withdrew the money 4 days before the agreed upon date causing other checks to be returned.
We can't ever seem to get ahead with them no matter how hard we try because they use the money you send them for whatever they want, that is what they told me during a phone conversation once. You think you are paying your monthy mortgage but your actually paying some late charge or other tacked on charge you were not even aware of. We did not choose fairbanks as our mortgage company and we sure wish the h@! # they had not choosen us.
