I was told by Fairbanks customer service reps. That they charged me an extra 200 some odd dollars because they sent someone out to my house to take pictures.
Because Fairbanks wanted to be sure the house is still standing!!! I have no knowledge of anyone coming out to take pictures of my house.
Each customer service repersentive give me a different excuse each time. When I mail in my monthly payment they take my money without my knowledge of what's going on or why.
I was told, they have a right to do so. I'm having a hard time making ends meet. I do not have money to just give Fairbanks Capital. I send my checks off 10-15 days ahead of time I have sent certified mail, it only worked for a little while. I think my checks a being held until after late fees are due.
