Me and my daughter were on a Forbearance Agreement for 6 months we had to call back 1/03 which we did. The guy over the account told my daughter to get information about her SSI she did no-one contacted us we sent in payment 2/03.
When we did talk to someone it was like a nightmare they lied said our phone was disconneced, they said we told them we wanted to refinance. They said that they would work with us put we need to get it refinance or sell. The question is how can he say that when he's telling us this and that s of 1/03 our forbearance was 6,155.00 no he's telling us 7,500. The Principal bal. 20,964 They told us we need 28,000 to refinance. Please tell what must we do we are both disable. On the Forbearance Agreement our house payment was included. What can we do about peoples like that. Equicredit was our mortgage some way they took over.
