If you have lost your home... Do not... File a bankruptcy before you check your personal Credit Report so that you can list Fairbanks Capital Corp, The Loan Servicing Center and the actual Lien holder of your mortgage! Fairbanks is merely a payment processing company hired by your mortgage company. IF you file a bankruptcy before listing all parties you will still be sued for any remaining balance owed, even after the bankruptcy!
