We too have experienced all of the ripoffs from Fairbanks, aka Loan Servicing Center, here in Kansas. It is nationwide. If you have not contacted the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and filed a complaint, please do so now! The class action lawsuit is already in process. If you have lost your home... do not file a bankruptcy before you check your personal credit report, so that you can list Fairbanks Capital Corp, the Loan Servicing Center and the actual lien holder of your mortgage! Fairbanks is merely a payment processing company hired by your mortgage company. IF you file a bankruptcy before listing all parties, you will still be sued for any remaining balance owed, even after the bankruptcy!
We are in the process of fighting Fairbanks to keep our home, but we have been doing our "homework" to stop them from further ripping us off. Get informed... and fight back!!!
