Charged my debit card several times for different amounts of money for memberships, that I knew nothing about

I bought their 1.98 report and that was all it was suppose to be a grant report. On 12/29, then one 1/8 discovered a 68.13 charge to my checking account by them, that I DID NOT authorize and on the 01/12 they charge another amount of 13.42 to my checking account in another membership of some kind. I had tried several days after paying the 1.95 fee and never could get a response from the phone number 1-866-546-0923, after a couple of days got their voice mail and told them to stop that membership and return my money. I got an email from them stating they cancelled the membership immediately on the 8th but, it was past their 7 day deadline. It was suppose to be a contract just to the left of the billing information, stating 68.13 per month membership. I saw no such thing.

Besides that we had holidays and weekends in the mix so, I did beat them at their 7 day deadline but, are refusing to give me any money back.

I talked with the BBB in Nevada, many, many complaints about this company, they will keep adding charges to you every few days. So, I made a report with the Nevada Consumer Affairs and asked my bank to not authorize any more debits to my account. Good luck to you all out there. Pretty petty to cheat disabled, low income people to make a living.
