I paid this company almost $4000 to help me modify my home loan, they called saying all types of fancy termenology and said that they have attorneys that help them with the red tape.
So instead of helping me, they never lifted a finger and before I knew it they were calling me, asking if my house was sold back to the bank? I replied by saying that is what I thought I paid your company for, is to keep this from happening.
When it was all said and done, I have lost my house, lost the money I paid them and am left out on the streets to try and find somewhere to live.
I am glad that I came across this site, because I do not want this to happen to anyone else. It has ruined my life and put me in a real bad situation on so many diffrent levels. For example: My credit is now ruined and there is nothing I can do about it.
To fight them in court it will cost $10,000 just to get started, so I guess I will have to take it to small claims court, since it is free.
I strongly advise anyone out there to stay far away from this company, because no one should be put in my situation.
