Complaint information:
I called and ordered this Singer product on 7/23 1st payment of $45.44 was made on 8/5.
2nd payment of $19.95 was made on 8/26.
3rd and final payment of $19.95 was made on 9/29.
Total amount of money taken was $85.34

I actually began calling much earlier than what was stated and all I could ever get was an automated customer service rep. Finally I e-mailed singer and they gave me the information to talk to a live operator. I
then I also learned that Singer had filed a law suit against IGIA/TACTICA just prior to my last payment being taken out of my checking account on 9/28 (Singer lawsuit filed on) 9/22 Each of 3 payments was mae by using a debit card number which came directly out of my personal checking account.

I have called dozens of times, and all Nancy says is that my order is on back order, and will ship in 10-14 days. This never happened. Finally I asked for a refund of my money and nancy operator# 145 states this refund will take 3 weeks. Well I still have no money back and it has been many weeks. All I get is lies and more lies.
This company is very dishonest. They give me nothing but the run around and more lies. I just want my money back.
It has been almost 10 months now since I placed my order and it is about time to get my money back or something.
Now when I call the company (THEIR NEW NAME IS:) (Millinex) they put me on hold, and then hang up when I start to ask questions about my account and getting a refund. I am told they will look into my account. Then I am put on hold for about 15 minutes and then hung up on. This has happened several times now.

Settlement Explanation:
I want to be refunded the full amount of $85.34 for which i was charged for the Lazer Storm vacuum, that was never shipped. I stated this to TACTICA/IGIA on several occations, I just do not understand why they can't just do that, with out so much trouble I would also like to see this company either shut down, or their
business policies monitored closer for customer satisfaction.
