Claims I owe AT&T Wireless (unknown amount) and have supposedly sent numerous letters to me requesting payment. I received a phone call yesterday and attempted once again to explain that I do not nor have ever had an account with AT & T Wireless... They have screamed, cursed and generally abused me while on the phone and hung up both times I have attempted to resolve this matter. They have violated all conditions of THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT and Public Law 95-10- & 99-361.
They have place a negative report on my credit file and refuse to re-file a dispute which has not been resolved (due to their lack of action) from 2005.
Th last person I spoke to was supposedly a Manager by the name of Maria, who was rude, foul mouthed and refused to file a dispute and hung up. Time to get the Federal Trade Commission and/or the States Attorney General's Office involved.
