Green Tea Extract had an ad for 1 month free trial bottle. I returned the bottle within a month and even sent receipt to Discover that it was returned. Fit Factory was an addition to Green Tea which I was not aware of until I received statement from Discover. I immediately called Fit Factory and cancelled stating I was not even aware of them or what they had to offer and was not interested. I did not receive a thing from Fit Factory. I even sent Discover the complaints that other individuals had with the two companies.
I informed Discover of the above facts and they sent letter that there was no valid basis for reopening this dispute. How bizarre! Discover card is a scammer just like the other two companies. I sent report to FTC so hopefully they will do something about these crooks.
