Was a long time Discover Card user.
Switched to a different credit card for awhile and stopped using Discover.
A month or two later Discover Card sent me a letter wanting my business back.
It stated they would give me a $20 credit on either my next bill or the one after that if I switched back to Discover.
I did switch back to Discover.
Never recieved the $20 credit.
And good luck trying to straighten it out over the phone with them. Can't be done.
