The date is not right I just know it was around that time. I was charged an early cancelation fee by Dish Network and ask Discover not to pay it as it was a dispute. Three times it was paid and put back on. The dispute over freight charges by Dish was just resolved about three weeks ago but nothing has been done about the $200.00 that discover gave dish. If there are any laywers out there willing to sue Discover Card for making an unautherized payment from my account let's get the process moving.
