I was pressure sold into filling out a loan application being tpld loan would be 5.25% fixed, 30 years with Approxiamately $2400 closing costs and a $500.00 good faith deposit which they later in sales pitch dropped to $300.00. After signing and sending back paper work I realized I was making a mistake and called and cancelled loan same day with follow up email next day. They refuse to return my good faith loan that was attached to loan total and now is on my charge card.
