He will make many claims on how successful he is, but in fact, he is a failure who depends on intimidation to impress people who he attempts to take advantage of. He is not a licensed mortgage broker.in fact, his licenses have been revoked in Kansas and Colorado. You can find a record of he revocation at osbckansas.org or the Kansas office of Mortgage broker licensing. He has no offices in Denver. The addresses he lists are false and occupied by a dentist that has never heard of Travis Williams or Skyline Federal Mortgage. His latest rip-off venture is selling business lines of credit.in addition to not being able to deliver on anything he promises, his methods are questionable, if not outright illegal.
The simplest way to get him to show his stripes is to challenge his credability. Ask for a reference or any other proof he can deliver what he promises and he will likely go off on a manic rage and begin to insult you. I'm no professional, but he seems like someone who should be on bi-polar medication. Seriously unstable! He takes advantage of individuals, investors and real estate professionals looking for financial resources on sites like Craigs list any other professional networking sites. Travis Williams of Skyline Federal Mortage may claim to offer many services, but in reality, he is neither capable or qualified to deliver on any of them other than taking your money up front and not delivering anything. I have never found anyone so unprofessional and unethical.
Travis Williams and Skyline Federal Mortgage should be run out of business, but unfortunately, roaches are hard to kill. Try and find a reference and you will only find people he has ripped off or attempted to rip off.
