I was in contact with Aurora Service Loan regarding having struggles paying my mortgage. I stayed in contact with them and they agreed to my modified payments. I then recieved a letter stating the my house was sold from under me. I did not receive any official notices that the house was being sold or that they stop accepting my modified payments nor did they tell me to stop sending payments.
I am very distraut about the situation that Aurora Service did not care of my family or well being.
