This company incorporated in Delaware to deceive & defraud the nation by not complying with Florida laws governing collection agencies in their state. It is unlawful to operate a collection agency in the state of Florida without being Bonded & licensed even if they are incorporated in some other state! Good luck with this one. It is also been said the owners of this company have worked and owned many other collection agencies only to close them later when clients dont get paid.
