This is to let everyone know about online payday loans. I have been doing some investigating and have found out some very interesting things about certain payday loan places.
First off Cash Advance Network, isn't licensed in New Mexico and aren't allowed to payday loans. Cash Advance Network is what New Mexico is calling a Float All Over company.
Sonic Payday, not licensed in Texas, Delaware, Pennsylvania. They have bogus addresses and turn you over turn a collection agency with nothing but lies.
United Cash Loans, VIP Cash isn't licensed in the state of Nevada and are currently being investigated by the state. All of these place give threats of arrest and wage garnishment. According to the financial division in Nevada, they are facing serious fines for having false addresses and giving loans when not registered with the federal licensing commission.
The collection agencies that the payday loan companies hire are deat beat pond scum that gets a kick out of threatening people. All collection agencies have to be licensed with the financial division in the state claiming to be from and have to send a validated letter stating who turned over account to collection, amount and reason for turing over. It is amazing what you find out when you start digging around to protect yourself from fraudulant scam artists.
