Was researching the applicability of the RICO laws regarding collection agencies and found information that the IRS will use private collection agencies for skip tracing and collections on uncomplicated returns...
Just thought the info was timely...
Since some of the agencies are being sued left and right it will indeed be interesting to see who the IRS uses AND whether they will address complaints against those companies...
