Above company is one of the worst so called ILLEGAL COLLECTION AGENCIES. Three years ago they threatened me with jail if I did not pay them $2400. Also they called twice daily on telephone. When I notified Federal Trade Commission and Attorney General, and the Upstate Law offices, the harassment stopped. Beware of MR. POPPEI and his threatened phone calls. Truth about this company is that Lenahan & Co. Firm is really a bogus "Collection Agency" not certified or registered as a Collection Agency, but was cited several times for illegal activities. Mr. Lenahan is an attorney that hired "Vipers" to collect WRITTEN OFF DEBTS. He lives in a million dollar home and works with his daughter who is also an attorney, and sets of bogus "Collection Agencies" with different names. Look up Budd Hibbs, consumer advocate, to look up more illegal collection agencies, etc.
