Taxmasters has taken $5500 of my money. I have had to solve matters with my state taxes on my own. I have called and left numerous messages on voicemails and no one will return my calls.
I have left messages with my old and new case coordinators and with supervisors with absolutely no respose. Every time I try to reach my case coordinator, he doesn't answer his phone and it goes into his voicemail, which I keep leaving messages on for him to call me with a response call back to let me know the status of my case.
