Sarah left me a message stating she has my credit report and ready to do a loan, when I called back to let them know that I am NOT aware of any credit report requested by me, since I am not purchasing or refinancing a home. She has not returned any of my calls. I had left at least 15 messages. I even left a message with one of the supervisors name candace. Still no phone call. I ask how they knew my social security number and no one will answer. Tthey keep saying they will leave a message for Sarah who doesn't return any of my calls.
