After paying txnstr (taxmasters) I was contacyed once. I made repeated calls and was told my account was being given to another associate. I never could make contact with anyone buy a receptionest. I continued to fax all IRS papers to then asking for their guidance. I was told each time I called that someone would contact me. After several months of calling them it was a receptionest that told me the IRS refused my offer and that the case was over. I asked several times to speak with someone and finally after several calls they connected me with Raj Patel. He said I didnt fill out paperwork from the IRS and that they closed my case. I actually sent the forms to Taxmasters and asked for them to help and I was told repeatedly they would call back. I recieved a constant run around and ended up out of $3,500.00. I was taken full advantage of and left frustrated with no results.
