Ripoff, They do not do what they promise, They do not return calls

Paid $200 to obtain raw data from IRS called an "IRP Report" on what the IRS says I owe in taxes. The tax consultant told me that I would not be able to "interpret" this data and that's what I'd be paying for (the interpretation of this report).

I was mailed the raw data and never contacted after that after several voicemail messages were left with my original tax consultant and the case worker assigned my case.

The case worker called my home 2-3 times after I specifically left messages to call me at work and have me paged if need be. I complained to her supervisor, via email of course, and he NEVER returned my call.

I was really looking forward to them helping me out and I feel betrayed, abandoned, and taken advantage of by them.
