MY loan was purchased from RBMG by Fairbanks Capitol in July. I had not heard from them or any correspondence in July or August. I called RBMG and they said that Fairbanks would contact me and they had no additional information for me. I then received in September a letter saying that we owe them for August and September I then sent payment to Fairbanks for August and September by Official Bank Check.
In October payment was sent by official bank check in November I was hospitalize and released in December sent paymentin December and they sent it back stated that I owe $4,000.00 and demanded that I sign a Forebearnce letter agree to the amount of $4,000.00 plus attorney fees. I told them I dont owe this amount and now they have set the date to foreclose on my home on March 4. And will not receive any more payments from me.
