West Asset Management has sent me 2 letters and made several phone calls to collect on a credit card debt for a life insurance company. I have never had a credit card like the one they are reporting.
I believe this is a fraudulent attempt to collect on an imaginary account.
How can they get away with this? I am reporting them to my State Attorney General's office to investigate.
