I am getting calls and letters addressed to my husband's estate and/or "the person responsible for (my husband's name) final affairs from West Asset Management. Is there a time limit to settle his estate? I was told by my attorney some estates took years to settle. I've gotten several calls from them, and the two times I answered told them I do not deal with collection agencies, only the original creditors. I'm just getting to a point where I'm able to barely function, and don't need the harrassment. Please help if you can. Thanks!
