At the start of the process everything was great. They even knew the appraised value of my home before the appraiser came out. I should have known something was fishy when I wrote a personal check to the loan officer for my home appraisal. Three days went by and no call from the appraiser. I called in and spoke to kevin Kreider (Branch Manager) and he told me the appraiser had already completed the inspection of my home. After asking for a copy of the appraisal they ignored my phone calls and e-mails.
I was promised a very low rate and by the time I closed I was informed by another manager (Tom Mills) that my rate lock had expired.By the time I closed my closing costs almost doubled and my rate went through the roof. This company is bad news so WATCH OUT!!!
This company is one of a kind. From signing my name on documents to making fraudulent W2's so I qualify. They do it all they even make fake appraisals. I closed on a Sunday and was told by the title company to date for Friday's date. At the time I did not know this was illegal. This company is under investigation by the FBI so WATCH OUT!
I am in foreclosure because of this company!!!
