Reading majority of all the submitted reports on this site about the company led me to believe that I wasn't the only one. Frustration and disappointment is the only thing that comes to mind.
It has already been three years and the contract is up, close to $3000 down the drain. I have not received a single support from any of the companies within the agreement. At the beginning this all sounded like something that I was able to accomplish, a buildable website, resonable products to sell, one stop billing for potential merchants and last but not least the 24hour support, yeah right! I was being billed for a monthly hosting rate of $29.95/month, a merchant account (ePenzio, Inc) for $99.95 for 36 months and a Gateway access fee (Bridgeview Bank & Trust) for $10.00/month which I received statements totaling $25.00 if not more.
I may be in deeper and might have to deal with the fact that I made a poor decision, but other shouldn't have to suffer in the future. Lessons learned!
