Ocwen Federal Bank bought my mortgage from Option One. At that time my life became a living hell. I had to declare Bankruptcy, paid an attorney, and twice they asked the Court to relieve the bankruptcy. Ocwen alleged that I was behind with my payments; I have proof and yet they continue with their allegations. I have double the bad luck; the attorney that I hired appears to be afraid of the big bank and is not doing anything for me.
Again, Ocwen's attorneys are threatening me with foreclosure. I am feeling hopeless and helpless because it appears that my attorney wants to get rid of my case after I paid him good money. This is only a small sample of how Ocwen has impacted my life. Does anyone know how I can fight these bastards?
It is surprising to me that we don't know each other and the same situation is happening to every one of us.
