Ocwen Federal Bank bought my morgage from Fleet Bank in 1998 the morgage was in bankruptcy at this time. Everything that was in the arrears on the morgage was included in the bankruptcy.
Ocwen is now trying to say there is still money owed from the bankruptcy which ended in April. This is not true, they were paid everything that the court allowed.
Ocwen at the end of 2003 said my escrow was negative over nine thousand dollars. Ocwen was putting hazard on the house when there was already insurance on the home.
