Yes, I am very interested in joining a suit against Ocwen Federal I have had an attorney for several months but nothing has helped. Today is Wed. Jan 12 and I have just found out that as of tomorrow at 11:30 my home is being auctioned off. Now I am in the process of trying to move after I thought we had come to an agreement with Ocwen and had put a halt on moving and trying to find a place to leave. This has got to stop! There has to be something that we can do.
After spending as much time as I can to research Ocwen and associates I really think they are also linked to the bankruptcy fraud that is taking place. Have you ever noticed that the first thing they tell you on foreclosures statements is that you have the option to stop foreclosure by bankruptcy? In the old days I always understood that companies cringe at the thought of a client claiming bankruptcy. You know that they must be profiting from it to tell you this is an option.
