I bought a car from a dealer financed, as in most cases the customer does not know what financial institution the dealers works with. Soon after I find out the company in this case was called "Credential Acceptance Corporation", soon after I found out that this company do not offer or has a more convenient up to date methods to receive pays. They don't do electronic pays, they only receive the pays through regular mail, which in some cases causes the payments to be late.
For instance if I had the payment ready a day or so before the deadline I would do an electronic pay, but since is not available my payment gets there late, therefore they will asses a late fee. Also they refuse to provide a copy of the purchase for the car I was buying, it wasn't until a file a complain they give me one, and they customer service is terrible, one time I requested something, don't exactly remember what it was, but the person on the phone told me that their boss was upset and that because of that my requested could not be granted. Since when people's mood has or should have anything to do with business or how it affects their customers?
