On or around 11 i witness on my credit report a fraudluent account established by the Original Debtor Providian Credit Services. The account was transferred to Midland Credit Management who has posted negative information on my credit report this account is active/cuurent as of 11. I have never established a account with either of these companies and has not been in the country since 2001. I have been serving in the Army in Iraqsince 2001 and return for 30 days of vacation during 11-12 when i discovered the erroneous information. The account is a fraudulent and confirmed by the U.S. Army (CID), Acworth, G.A. Sherrifs Departments and Equifax Credit Agency.
I have Affadavits, police reports to ratify this account is fraudulent.
