Feb. I checked my credit report and found Midland Credit Management on it. At the time I didn't dispute until last month I wrote equifax and let them know I didnt know anything about Midland Credit.
They deleted the information from my credit report. Yesterday I recieved a summon from courts stating that I have 30 days to get in touch with Mann Bracken, LLC Attorney for Plaintiff, In Atlanta, Georgia. That they was suing me for $ 1,887.78. They stated on the summon Plaintiff: Midland Funding LLC.
When I contact BBB.org they stated that business does not exist. When I put in Midland Credit Management it existed but it doesn't have the same address or same telephone as the company that was listed on my credit report. If any one know what I need to do now please feel free to contact.
