The account they gave to MCM does not even match that on my credit report which is in a ND status which is no data, neither good nor bad since 1999 yet now in 2007 and now in 2009 with a lawyer they are trying to come after me. I am using the FTC and the FDCPA and this Ripeoff website as my weapons in my arsenal against them in court.
