I just had the same thing happen to me! They called said I had a loan from 11/13/06 had tried to withdraw 3 times and sent 7 e-mails..in 3 years. No letters etc.
I would be picked up tomorrow by the police but he had no case number and said he would call me back tomorrowmorning with that first thing. I checked my bank and nothing was on that date, of course, then called my attorney. He knew nothing about anything like this so I called them back for more and got the same thing, Then I checked the internet and found this. The saifd they were the Legal Center 1-332-510-2694. Thank god!
