I received a phone call at work from this company; they knew my email address, last 4 digits of my ss# and bank. They said I received a payday loan in 11/07 for over 500.00 and if I don't pay them they will take me to court and it will cost me over 5000.00 in court and atty fees! I never took a payday loan and they said I could prove that in court if I would like... I told them I would do some investigating and went to this website and found out that other people have received the same phone call... Pretty scary until I read these other reports and found out it was a scam...
