Rephen is a licensed attorney. He must be reported to the NY Bar. I reported a complaint and need others to do the same. You can call the Rockland County office for the NY Bar at 845-634-2149. File a written complaint and report ALL of the illegal activities going on in that office. You can also report him to the NY State Attorney General at 1-800-771-7755. You can report him to the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357.
Rockland County has a Consumer Protection office that can be reached at 845-708-7600.
People, if you all make the authorities aware of all of Rephen's shady and illegal business practices, he will be shut down and stripped of his law license and probably imprisoned. You need to file for the truth to come out.
