Woodforest returned one of my ACH/Direct Debit transactions saying that I had placed a stop payment on the item.in fact, I had done no such thing. This caused my credit card to be voided.
No apology and no help in getting the matter corrected.
Very poor customer service and to boot they never credited my account for the $300.00 when they bounced the transaction!!!
I have faxed and called them numerous times and they say it's the merchant's fault that the item was returned as Payment Stopped. How absurd is that?
