I have been a customer of the woodforest bank for 3 years. I have been looking over my old statements and the current ones, as I have researched my thinking of the bank I find them to be true. They have over charged my account double paid and caused me overdrafts.
Woodforest has continuily overdraft my account when I look on the website I may have something for $30 dollars in the pending section and they have already put it under the amount that is not available, so I said okay that will be paid and I will not have any overages, well come find out I did they said as a courtesy they pay the larger amounts first and the smaller second.
I asked for a manager and has never gotten to speak with one. I told the customer service worker that I want my transactions to be paid when they come in not by the largest. This practice was not in my contract when I opened my account with this bank.
