Woodforest national bank has to be the worst bank ever. They offer a 2nd chance banking account for the sole purpose of ripping people off who have no other options. They want you to use online banking to pay your bills but they don't tell you that if you pay your bills on line it will take up to 14 days to post. Who has 14 days, why not just send it through the mail, and then if you catch it and ask what you should do to stop the payment. They'll tell you exactly what to do and after you do it they will charge you to stop payment but will actually send the transaction through.
Then when you go to the district manager whose name is Carolyn she will tell you there is nothing she can do when you show her proof of the proper actions taken. Then when you demand a phone number and address to the vp she will give you an assistant so be sure to go online line and look up press releases to find out who the real deal is and then when you confront her with her lie she will assure you the vp will call you personally. For some reason she refuses to give you the phone # and address of the vp (I must not be the only low life second chance account holder they are ripping off and stealing blind)
All that said, you're better off going to Ace and paying their fees, at least they let you have access to all of your money, woodforest only gives you access to 80%of your money, yes that's right I said your money, you may only access 80%!!! Woodforest National Bank you Blow! But I guess it doesn't matter, there will always be people who need a 2nd chance won't there.
