They charged me late charge for declaration that i never obtained, so when asked the client support they stated its not their mistake plus they stated may be the postoffice problem and " THERES NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT THIS" and that I told them examine my background in 2years i never once spend overdue and also have an issue, they keep stating "SORRY MAM NOTHING WE COULD DO ABOUT THIS" and place me on-hold and "TRANSFERRED ME FOR SOMELADYIS VOICEMAIL". I named them back plus they set me on-hold and without clarification simply transferred me to voicemail again. What type of customer support is that this? Very unprofessional. I shut my account rightaway and can tell all my friends and inform alots of individuals about that.
