This predator is among the most recent claiming to be a lender or at least have the capability of getting commercial loans closed. To our knowledge he has never closed a commercial loan in his life and is a criminal. Please refer to the state of Georgia's corporation search and you will find that he has only incorporated very recently. He has ripped off dozens of people that have been brought to our attention and is facing criminal charges now. If you encounter this individual please RUN as fast as you can.
