Ryan Blumling requires a 'due diligence' fee up front and then has 10,000 excuses why he has not closed your commercial loan. As an earlier post stated, he uses excuses about his health, his families health, you name it.
My client gave Blumling $30,000 with the 'guarantee' his loan would close in 30 days. It has been 7 months and Blumling is still saying it will close at any time.
My client has scheduled a meeting the the Wake County, NC, District Attorney and any assistance any other ripped-off folks can add, would be appreciated.
After reading these reports, I feel like we have a good chance at putting this criminal behind bars.
