Wages Garnished Weekly for Already Paid $788 Verizon Bill

This Company is Midland Credit Management Inc saying I owe Verizon Wireless 788.00. That bill is paid they garnished my check until paid.

I called they answered and I was trying to tell them what I wanted but the guy cut me off and said So you're not paying and I said no way.
