I'm a 53 employee working for item processing in elmhurst Illinois. I cancelled my insurance at the begining of the year and they continued to make unauthorized charges to my account. Finally after 6 months of constant pressure I got them to cancel but they refused to reimburst me as deems company policy. This money was part of my tuition for the following semester.
After this inccident numerous blunders were made on my account where they would charge me over $121.00 dollars for items such as a bottle of water and $20.00 of gas, putting me in the negative. When this was brought to their attention they put the $100.00 back but did not remove the overdraft fees. This has happened three times so far.
Just recently I lost my check book and went into the bank to cancel the account and transfer funds to a new account so any fraud would not be committed; turns out all the manager of the banking center did was open a new account with $0.00 and left the old account open and active. Sure enough unauthorized charges started coming through costing me over $500.00 in overdraft fees. When I asked them to fix it they simply said I would have to basically eat the bill.
Just yesterday I boycotted in front of the bank in 95 degree weather 90% humidity and made them lose numerous accounts. I plan on doing this till all of my money is refunded over $1500.00; and yes they called the police on me 3 times and all they police did was give me their support with a blare of the sirens and a thumbs up.By the way thank you Chicago Police for your support.
Also so that everyone knows I'm an employee, my employee number is E019036. If this is how they treat us how will they treat their customers.
