I have been banking with this bank for almost a year and have had nothing but problems, and I am not alone. They will go to any lengths to get your nsf fees and just recently raised it to if your account is over 5 days overdrawn they will charge an additional $38.00.
I have proof of their bad business practices. I made a withdrawl with an employee's suggestion to keep the bank from processing a check and then they told me to have a balance of zero and the check would not go through. So on Tuesday Dec 26th.
I cleaned out my account to a $10.00 balance yet they put through a check for $479.50 on Dec 28th and took off my withdrawl and put it through for the 28th as well since the check was dated 12/23/06 and charged me 3 overdraft fee's, and are still charging me.
I have talked to someone at "corporate" named Amber and she was no help an it took her 2 days to call me back. She stated she would have to prove that someone told me that yet they never note my account when i call the 800 number either. I have problmes all the time when I am given information from the bank on Thomas and 35th Ave.
I have confronted their manager as far as their information that they give to customers and she had the nerve to tell me that the employee I was speaking of did not work there, I then turned around to point him out and she became stupid and actually walked off. No resolve no help.
I am reporting this to Channel 3 on your side here in Arizona and if you have had the same trouble please contact me the more the better our resolve.
I am currently trying to stop my direct deposit to stop banking with this bank but I think that they should have to account for their business practices and how they treat their customers. Their employee's are either stupid or trained to cause nsf fee's for the consumer.
They sent my atm card to the wrong address and charged me to issue a new one both times, and then would not refund the charges that someone else made when they clearly saw the address was wrong.
